Find your balance and unwind with yoga surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Koh Mak. Our open-air sessions welcome all levels — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners — offering a mindful way to start or end your day on the island.
YIN Yoga : starting with a short breathing exercise and meditation, you will be guided into yin postures to stretch your muscles and release overall body tension. This class is to relax and re-connect yourself.
YANG Yoga : starting with a short breathing exercise and meditation, you will be guided through a flow of yoga postures. This class is to move, relax and re-connect yourself.
Mai is a yoga teacher since 2018 on Koh Mak, dedicated to relaxing, stretching and connecting to yourself.
