- A processing fee must be paid at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable directly to the service provider in person.

5. Cancellations and refunds

- Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@locally.travel.
- Refunds will be processed according to the individual provider’s cancellation policy.

Koh Mak acts solely as a booking agent and is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the activities booked through the Site. Users participate in activities at their own risk.

7. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

8. Changes to terms and conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
